London Bathrooms, a trading name of Landricombe and Son, is a small family business that has been working in the building industry for three generations. The company has over 100 years’ experience.
During the last seven years Rufus Landricombe has specialised in fitting and renovating bathrooms in south and west London, having taken over the company from his father. We specialise in fitting bathrooms, shower rooms, wet rooms and cloakrooms. For every aspect of bathroom installation (even those that are invisible, like plumbing) we use only the best quality parts and fittings.

Bathroom design
As part of our service we offer a full in-house design service including concept sketches so that you can see what your new bathroom will look like before it is fitted.
Deciding on the best bathroom design and layout can be a real challenge. At London Bathrooms we pride ourselves in finding the look that is going to suit your home and at the same time delivering the functionality to suite your daily needs.
Bathroom renovation
If you feel your bathroom is looking a little tired we can re-tile, re-paint and re-seal it to give a bright and fresh new look.
You can achieve a completely new look and feel to your bathroom without replacing expensive items.
If you don’t like your bathroom suite but love your tiling we can change your bathroom suite without damaging the existing tiling.
Alternatively if you want to keep the suite but change the tiling we are specialists in removing tiles and grout without damaging existing bathroom suites and fittings.
Bathroom repair
If you have shattered tiles, disintegrating grouting, mouldy sealant, a broken cistern, chipped bath or a cracked sink we can repair or replace any part of your bathroom.
We are also experts at repairing broken taps, shower valves and bath fillers.
At London Bathrooms we have the tools and the experience to repair and replace parts of your bathroom that most plumbers and handymen would consider impossible without major renovation work.
We understand how bathrooms are fitted and have the experience to access and replace most parts of the bathroom without causing damage to the existing tiling and bathroom suite.
Bathroom electrics
We install new bathroom lighting, electric showers, extractor fans and underfloor heating. All electrical installations will be certified to comply with building regulations.
Part P of the building regulations specifies that ‘Locations containing a bath tub or shower basin’ are considered ‘special locations’ and any electrical work taking place in these areas needs to be notified to Building control.
